- Manage all stages of internal photography and video production, including
project conception, filming/photographing, capturing professional quality
audio, editing, distribution and archiving. - Filming raw footage on live locations as well as covering external shoots on
sets. - Conduct photography & videography production based on required brands
materials using camera equipment & phone. - In charge of overall media production from conceptualizing
- Brainstorming, planning, and executing all creative direction with the Creatives
Team. - Conduct pre-production works: Set up cameras, lighting, backdrops, and any
other props required for a shoot. - Conduct postproduction: Editing, video editing & photo retouching to ensure
final product meets quality. - Continuously improving & enhancing materials/deliverables quality for
campaign & promotional activities through various communication channels. - Contacting and negotiating with suppliers for equipment, products, and
services for photoshoot projects. - Maintaining the equipment inventory in proper working order.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop a comprehensive content
strategy aligned with business objectives. - Research and analyse market trends, audience insights, and competitor
strategies to construct content planning. - Participate in all company events including performing ad-hoc tasks.
- Producing video and photo materials for all company’s event & director event (Including any private & personal event).

- Responsible for ensuring campaigns launch are on track with projected
timelines meeting the targeted revenue. - Assist in implementation of brand plans which consist of activities,
promotions, events, and programs to achieve brand objectives. - Executing brand/product communication/ promotion plans to achieve intended
message to targeted audience. - Responsible in photoshoots from concept to production, liaising with the
creative team, photographers, videographers. - Assist and manage directions of content marketing strategy, including hashtag
challenges, short video, livestream operating procedures to drive campaign
awareness. - Oversee and manage affiliate sales program, influencer sales program,
brand's community activities & LIVE host scheduling. - Collaborate with content management, content creators & graphic designers
and other departments to ensure social media best practices are enacted - Liaise with KOLS for marketing objectives, with the goal of increasing
engagements, building credible and trustworthy brands, and increasing
potential buyers within the targeted market. - Assist in PR Kit from idealisation, executions to distributions.
- Writing social media captions, catalogues descriptions, and general
copywriting. - Responsible for handling social media by planning a social media calendar,
posting and replying to enquiries. - Participate in all company events during weekdays or weekend, including
performing ad-hoc tasks. - Presentable as a talent to live on Tiktok/ Instagram platform and manage pre-
live works (to cover a Live Host for temporary & if Live host is on leave). - To ensure cleanliness around the workspace & overall office areA.

- Define product specifications, creating digital or print drawings and designing fully functional products.
- Work closely and brainstorming with the creative and branding team on an ongoing basis to come up with new image ideas.
- Patterns, themes, styles that suit the customer and current market.
- Present design ideas to the head of creative and director.
- Produce prototypes and test functionality
- Conduct surveys and gather data for product design study and marketability.
- Ensure cost-efficiency in design and materials selection to support the company’s overall goal.
- Work closely with designers, procurement and external partners ensuring
product design & product sample produced are aligned and final product
received are up to standard and ready for sale. - Participate in all company events including performing ad-hoc tasks.
