Return & Exchange
Returns and exchanges are only allowed if the product(s) you received is defective or damaged. Any exchange request for product upon payment is confirmed will not be entertained due to stock movement. Hence we highly advise our customer to confirm the correct sizing, colour, etc upon checkout.
Damaged product(s) must be returned within seven (7) working days upon product received. The defective or damaged product(s) must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered with the tag/label still attached and in the original packaging (if available). This policy is only applicable on full-priced item(s) purchased on our site. If the item requested is not available in stock, you may either cancel the request or exchange with another item of the same value.
All intimatewear, shapewear, swimwear, undergarments and cosmetics are strictly non-returnable,non-exchangeable and non-refundable once your order is confirmed.
Please note that shipping for return/exchange of product will be at customer’s own expense and Cakenis will not be liable for any loss or damage during delivery. Product exchange for damaged or defective product received will only be processed once a customer request is approved by Cakenis and the postage amount will be compensated in the form of store credit. Customers are unable to change/cancel their request once it is confirmed.
Customers are advised to contact us at email@example.com with their Order ID and product details before returning the product.
Any products returned must abide by the terms mentioned above. We reserve the right not to allow any return/exchange of products should the conditions above are not met.
